ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All products sold by Hoop Mentality LLC are digital and delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital content cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase on our Site, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to the digital product and expressly waive any right to request a refund.

INSTANT ACCESS AND EU WITHDRAWAL WAIVER
When you purchase digital content from our Site, you gain immediate access to the files. If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you acknowledge that by accessing the digital content you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive and equivalent UK regulations.

NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds, returns, credit, or exchanges for any digital product, including playbooks, guides, drills, templates, checklists, videos, bundles, memberships, or any other digital coaching resources.

DUPLICATE OR MULTIPLE QUANTITY PURCHASES
All quantities added to the cart are selected and confirmed by the customer during checkout. If you purchase the same digital product multiple times or increase the quantity of a digital item in your cart, this is treated as a valid and intentional purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned and provide immediate access, duplicate or accidental multiple purchases are not eligible for refunds, credits, or exchanges.

CHARGEBACK POLICY
Initiating a chargeback for a valid digital purchase violates our Terms of Service. We provide detailed proof of delivery, access logs, and purchase records to payment processors to dispute any fraudulent or invalid chargebacks.

TECHNICAL ISSUES
If you experience difficulty accessing your files, logging into your account, or viewing your member area content, contact us at team@hoopmentality.com. We will resolve access issues promptly, but such issues do not constitute grounds for a refund.

AGREEMENT TO POLICY
